Experience

Waldensian Bakery, Valdese, NC

Two decades of large scale production experience with bread, buns, rolls, sweet goods, snack cakes etc. Everything from loading trucks to becoming Plant Manager. Directed the efforts of 131 production employees with a special emphasis on cost controls and ingredient optimization of a five line plant using nearly 2 million pounds of flour per week. Achieved tremendous efficiencies with in the operation by establishing smart goals and encouraging teamwork. 

Danisco USA, Inc.

Two decades of experience traveling across the USA working with bakeries and providing assistance with ingredient needs. Received numerous training abroad to become one of the top experts in America with regards to emulsifiers and enzymes. Became Director of Sales for the largest Food Emulsifier producer and second largest enzyme producer in the world. Worked with companies large and small to improve efficiencies, reduce damaged products, and optimize their formulas with the latest technologies available.

Technician

As a Technician, I can do audits, production line evaluations, ingredient cost evaluations, shelf life, clean label, gluten reduction, and mixing series projects. As a technician I have two goals. Improving the  quality of your product and reducing your costs. I am usually not satisfied until both occur. After all you are not just in the business of producing baked foods, you are in the business of creating greater profits. When I come to your plant I will be working to achieve your goals in a timely manner.

Manufacturer's Representative

As a Manufacturer’s Representative I can help you to sell your products and services by using my extensive knowledge of the Baking Industry and my network of contacts built up over a long and very active career. I have had a very successful career in Sales and if the ingredient, equipment, or service is good I will do my best to promote it.
